I have finally finished up Pillars of Eternity, but that does not mean that the Let’s Play will wrap up any time soon. I recorded about 12 hours of footage last weekend in the process of finishing it and the videos going up this week are from an even earlier session. In an effort to speed things up somewhat I have decided to put it up three times a week. That means daily content for my channel for a while yet.

I’m surprised that the God favour quests are so short. They seem to each consist of at most a single level dungeon and often have completely non-violent ways to resolve the quest. I wonder if it is a recognition of the combat-fatigue a player is probably experiencing by this point, or if it is just the developers putting more focus on the areas most players will encounter.
ShadowRan: Hong Kong
This week we wrapped up Gobbet’s personal quest, which was the very last companion quest in the game, along with all the major Heoi and companion conversations. From this point on the Let’s Play should accelerate as we get to do the remaining runs back to back.
Hint to the Breach
Shortly after posting this I realised I forgot a minor aspect of the acid status effect. It also disables armour. It comes up less than you might think, since most mechs do not have armour and Vek only ever gain the armoured status via Psions.
